Why our printer

Six hotends. Less flushing.

  1. The problem

Your design has several colors. Changing between them can waste filament.

  2. The old way

With a shared hotend, the old filament must be flushed out before the next color can print.

  3. Our way

Our H2C swaps between six Vortek hotends. With fewer than seven filaments, there is no purge cleaning between swaps. Less flushing for your multi-color design.

The setup

  • Six Vortek hotends, plus three spares. Each filament can have its own hotend.
  • About 8 seconds to heat up. Quick heating when the machine changes hotends.
  • Two AMS 2 Pro units: eight spool slots. Up to 24 filaments needs more AMS units.
  • 350°C nozzle, 120°C bed and 65°C heated chamber. Material choice is checked for your project.
  • Up to 1,000 mm/s and 20,000 mm/s² acceleration. Print settings depend on the piece.
  • AI cameras and filament-path detection help catch issues. Bambu Handy lets us check remotely.

330 × 320 × 325 mm total build volume. We check usable space and fit for each design.

How a tap works

  1. Tap with a compatible phone
  2. Open your link
  3. Leave a review or view your menu

A tap only opens your link. It never posts a review automatically; your customer chooses what to do.

Have an idea? Send it over, and let’s work out what to print.

Are shop items in stock?

No. Everything in the shop is made to order after you check out and we have reviewed your details. Nothing is held as ready stock.

How does ordering work?

There are two ways. Ready-made items in the shop use standard checkout: choose your options, add your personalization, pay at checkout, and we review your details before production. Custom work starts with a quote request: we review it and email a quote, and if you approve, we send a secure Shopify invoice. Production starts after it is paid.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is $15 before tax and shipping. NFC stands, cards and keychains come in packs that meet the minimum.

How much does a project cost?

Ready-made items show their current price on each product page. Prices shown are starting points. Custom sizes, materials and artwork are quoted before payment. Custom parts start at $15 and design help is $40/hour.

When do I pay, and when does production start?

Ready-made orders: you pay at checkout, we review your details, then production starts. Custom orders: after you approve your quote we email a secure Shopify invoice, and production starts after it is paid.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on the design and current queue. Send your deadline before ordering. We provide an estimate after reviewing the project.

What files can I send?

Send an STL, 3MF or STEP file for review. If you have artwork for a printed sign or keychain, share it with your request.

Do you offer pickup or shipping?

Pickup in Corvallis, Oregon is available by arrangement. For ready-made orders, delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. For custom work, they are agreed in your quote before you pay.
